Questions
Everything you need to know
Does it cost me anything?
Nothing at all. Bupa funds everything. The £10 per app download comes entirely from Bupa — you don't pay a penny.
When should I download the app?
Download the week before 1 June so you're ready from day one. The download link and org code will be shared via Slack and email.
What if I can't do much physical activity?
Any activity counts — even gardening or a gentle walk. Wheelchair users can log distance or wheel rotations. The challenge is fully inclusive and accessible.
Is my personal data shared with Perk?
Bupa only shares aggregate data with us — total downloads, collective steps, and miles. No individual participation data is shared with Perk or anyone else.
How do prizes work?
Prize details are being finalised. They won't go solely to the highest stepper — we'll run photo challenges and activity variety draws, so everyone has a fair shot. Watch the Slack channel for announcements.
App or technical issues?
Reach out to benefits@perk.com and we'll point you in the right direction. For in-app issues, Bupa support is at healthcities@bupa.com.
